"YOU CAN HEAR EM CRYING AT THE LANE. EBERECHI SCORES AGAIN. ONE CALL FROM MIK ARTETA HE SAID WOW. FUCK OFF TOTTENHAM IM A GOONER NOW!!!!!"
If there was one way to sum up the North London Derby on Sunday, it would be that chant above. Just absolute scenes out at the Emirates on Sunday from the second they walked out on the pitch to that sick Tifo, and the crowd absolute belting North London Forever. They sang the song into the first few minutes of the game. Electricity. Of course there are 11 players on the pitch but there's really only one name you need to know from yesterdays game. Eberechi Eze. We all know the story of Ebz originally going to go to Tottenham until Arsenal called him and changed his mind at the last minute, giving him the easiest decision of his life to wear the red and white. Whatever message he didn't send that day, well he sent yesterday. In the opening minutes he had a perfect little chip pass to Declan Rice for a massive shot that was saved by Tottenham. But the magic was there. After that, it was total one way traffic.
The scoring began in the 36th minute when Mikel Merino sent a beauty of a ball into Leandro Troussard streaking behind all of the defenders. Perfectly timed run, and a hell of a ball into him. 1-Nil Arsenal. And after that, about the only name that you would hear again was Eberechi Eze. It was Ebz who scored in the 41st minute to extend the lead. And again in the 46th. And again in the 76th. A damn hat trick in his first time facing Tottenham after choosing not to sign with them. For his boyhood club. It can't be scripted better, and the fans made sure to show their appreciation. After the game Emirates was bouncing off the walls, with a light show, and dance music. Ebz and the boys were taking a lap around the field taking in the scenes and having a nice moment with the fans. It looked like a championship team, on a championship night. All of Eze's goals were tough goals, strikes from the middle of the box, around multiple defenders. He said in his interview that the third goal he hit the cleanest if he had to pick, but all were equally special.
Arsenal did give up a goal off a dumb mistake in the 2nd half, but if the Arsenal brings that derby intensity to the rest of the Premier League, they'll be ce
lebrating a PL Championship in a few months, with even more electric scenes at Emirates.

"What do we think of shit?"
"TOTTENHAM!"
4-1 Arsenal
